BMW Mini

The Problem:

BMW Mini sponsored two music shows in Chicago and Atlanta and had a party in each town. The goal of each after party was to invite potential Mini customers in the region and capture their 1st party data to remarket to. When they contacted us, their plan was to have guests fill out information on a card as they walked in.

The Solution:

Blue Polo Interactive was contracted to create a custom lead generation platform. The solution was a two page process; the 1st page captured standard data such as name, email and phone number, and the 2nd page got more granular with questions like “when was the last time you purchased a BMW Mini” and  “what price range was your last Mini purchase ($30,001-$60,000),” etc.

The Results:

Over 766 actionable records were captured! Once the users filled out page 1, a text was sent to their mobile phone with a link to their ticket for the party, and an email was sent with the ticket. BMW Mini now had two pieces of validated 1st party data to remarket to. Next, BMW collected all of the granular data from page 2 and was able to segment it and provide regional Mini dealerships with names of qualified people who were interested in being contacted about a new Mini purchase.
